Sygnet pamiatkowy za walki z bandami Wehrmacht 2 wojna światowa , srebro XX w. Niemcy
€551.72

Offered for sale is a historical, silver commemorative signet ring from the period of the Third Reich, associated with the German Wehrmacht. It was awarded to soldiers for participation in the so-called "fight against bands" (German: Banditenkampf).

The ring is made of 800 silver, which is typical for this type of official non-contractual awards. On the obverse there is often Third Reich symbolism (e.g., an eagle with spread wings holding a wreath with a swastika), oak leaves with black enamel.

  • Term "Banditenkampf": It was a propaganda term used by the Nazi war machine to describe brutal operations against the resistance (partisan) movement and the pacification of civilian populations in occupied territories, mainly in Eastern Europe. The signet is therefore a material testimony to history and Nazi propaganda.

  • Condition: poor, abrasions on the inside of the punch 800 and manufacturer's mark

  • Material: Silver (800 hallmark).

  • Dimensions: size 25

  • Period: Third Reich, World War II years (1939-1945).

Historical and ethical note: The item has a clearly controversial nature and is inextricably linked to the criminal Nazi system. It is offered solely as a research and museum object for historical military collectors, museums, or scientific institutions studying World War II. Sale and possession are regulated by local laws concerning Third Reich symbolism.
