We present an extremely rare and original dress epaulette of a senior officer of the French Navy from the period of World War I. This is an authentic piece of history that has survived in excellent condition for over a hundred years, preserving its former splendor and military elegance.
The epaulette is made of polished gold-colored metal, which over the years has developed a natural, noble patina, giving it a unique character. It is topped with intricately made fringes, characteristic of dress uniforms of the highest-ranking officers of the Marine Nationale. On the underside, there is a signature of the renowned company "MB", confirming its authenticity and high quality of craftsmanship.
