The lamp retains its characteristic charm. Its most interesting and practical feature is the height adjustment mechanism, allowing precise positioning of the light source relative to a table or work surface. Solutions of this type were a testament to the high quality and functionality of products from that time.
The condition of the lamp is typical for an item over a hundred years old and gives it authenticity. The shade has been professionally glued, but it is visible up close because the glue has darkened., and on its surface there are traces of old repairs, which form an integral part of its history. These subtle signs of use tell the story of an object that faithfully served its owners for decades.
